If you have an existing Kolab Now Group Manager account, and you are no longer able to receive new email messages, please verify your account is not suspended in the Cockpit.

If you have just registered a Kolab Now Group Manager account, but you’re not yet able to receive email, please follow the following procedure.

Ownership of the domain you registered must be confirmed, through our domain ownership verification process. Completing the verification process will confirm to us you control the domain.

Log in to the Cockpit and navigate to “Hosting” -> “Domain Settings” -> “Verify Domain”. This page includes instructions.

Verification of domain ownership can be achieved in either of the two following ways:

  1. Add a TXT record with the information on the aforementioned page, or
  2. Add a CNAME record as illustrated on the aforementioned page in the cockpit.

After that, you need to change your domain’s DNS settings in order to receive emails with your Kolab Now accounts. You can find these settings in the cockpit “Hosting” -> “Domain Settings” -> “Show DNS settings”.

After making changes to your DNS settings, it can take up to several hours for the changes to propagate throughout the entire Internet.
