Moving your current e-mails, contacts and calendars from Google to Kolab Now can be done via Google Takeout in a few easy steps:

Step 1

1. Login to your Gmail account and go to the Google Takeout section.
2. Select the data that you want to include in the migration. We recommend you to deselect all and than select: E-Mails, Contacts, Calendars. Note: At the time of writing, those 3 types of data are the only ones that Kolab Now is supporting.

Step 2

1. Chose file type, frequency and destination. We recommend to select send download link via e-mail and save it as a .zip

Step 3

1. The export progress is starting and once completed will be send to your e-mail account.

Step 4

1. Now please get in touch with Kolab Now support. The team will let you know where to upload your data (you will be provided with a upload link).
