Although an account may be unused, and is suspended, the billing process will continue as per our Terms of Service.

So, should you decide to forego payment, let the account be suspended, and come back at a later stage, you will be charged for the duration of the inactivity. Should you wish to then not use the account, please delete it from your dashboard.
