The short answer is, No!

Kolab Now Support can be contacted for initial opening of tickets via our support form or via email. Both of these options will open a ticket in our ticketing system. Support will return to you via e-mail.

In some situations, support can return to you via the telephone. This however requires that you register a telephone number in your cockpit .
