Do you provide telephone support?

Kolab Now Support can be contacted for initial opening of tickets via our support form or via email. If you already have set a password for your support system login, you can login to Bifrost to open and manage your support requests directly.
If you register a telephone number in your cockpit , then Support is able to call you back, in case all other contact options are unavailable.
At this time Kolab Now Support does not provide direct telephone support.
