Do you strip identifying information from email headers?

Yes.
If you use a desktop client or mobile device to send mail via Kolab Now, we strip your IP address and the mail program you have been using.
Recipients will only be able to tell that you sent mail as a valid Kolab Now user, but not from where it was originally submitted and with what software. The same is true when you use the web client.
