How do i connect to my Kolab Now email through K9-mail on my (Android) phone?

First, make sure that K9-Mail is installed on your phone. Then start it and follow the guide below.
NOTE: Even when your primary email address is not @kolabnow.com, but is e.g. @mykolab.com or @myprivatedomain.org, you have to connect to the servers: imap.kolabnow.com and smtp.kolabnow.com.
