Customer feedback is our best tool for improvement, and we are always happy to receive it. Sometimes you may wish that a certain feature was working differently than is the case, or you have this idea that will change your world.

Here is how to create a good feature request:

  • Open a support request in Bifrost and describe the request in details
  • Tell us what you want to achieve. Perhaps there is another way to get to your end goal
  • Try to describe how your proposed feature helps you achieve your goal.
  • If similar solutions already exist, point us to those.
  • Do not get disappointed if we tell you that we have already tried that..
