Bifrost is our dedicated support platform. When you send a support request for the first time, a bifrost login is created for you automatically. It is separate from your Kolab Now account for various reasons, number one being that you should be able to get support when you are locked out of your Kolab Now account.

At Apheleia IT, we believe in open and no-distraction communication. With Bifrost we give you the opportunity to access our systems and manage your support requests yourself. Just go to the Bifrost login page and press “Forgot your password” link. Then follow the directions on the screen.

Being logged in means more direct support responses, better overview, and direct tracking of your support situation.
