How do i connect to my Kolab Now calendar through Thunderbird?

Note: Just use ‘apps.kolabnow.com’ as the location setting. Thunderbird will find the available calendars in your account.
Also Note: If the calendar folder is not subscribed in IMAP on the server, then Thunderbird will not find the calendar. You can check and change that like done in this guide:
