Kolab Now supports the use of the ActiveSync protocol for client connection and synchronization. We have a generic description of how to set up a generic device, followed by a list of articles that describes how to do so on some well known clients.

ActiveSync can at times get into situations where the synchronization is blocked and needs to be restarted. If you are having difficulties with the such synchronization, we recommend to do the following:

Go to Settings -> ActiveSync and Select the ActiveSync connection in question.

Delete it by clicking the garbage can in top of the frame.

The connection will be recreated the next time that the device try to synchronize.
