John needs to share files with his coworkers. As they are all working in the same domain, he chose to use the Kolab Now Files module in the web client.

John opens the webclient and select Files in the left menu
	He creates a new subfolder for sharing (calls it New-Shared-Subfolder), and place the files that he wants to share in this folder.
Then he opens the menu and selects Share folder from the drop down
	He select the other users from the domain that he wants to share these files with, and
When Jane logs in to the webclient and go to the Files module, she see the  folder that John shared with her under Other users -> john.doe@kolab.org
John, Jane and Jim can now work on the same files.
