The short answer is NO.

In September 2020 Kolab Now transitioned to a new payment system and enabled a new payment provider, Mollie. With that, Kolab Now became a Pay As You Go service. https://blogs.kolabnow.com/2020/07/12/the-future-of-kolab-now-part-ii

Among other things, this means that we no longer offer full refunds nor pro-rata-refund. What happens now is that, your account has a balance, we deduct the subscription fee every month and you top up the account (with your desired amount). This avoids that the balance gets under 0 and that your account is degraded or suspended.

Please note that what is deducted is the subscriptions that you have used already – not what you think that you are going to use in the coming period, therefore we advise that if you have any intention of ending your subscription with us, make sure you have topped up enough balance that will last you to the deletion date.
