Kolab Now offers two types of accounts: Individual accounts and Group accounts. Please take a look at the signup page for further details.

The individual users and group managers have a choice between various subscription types for the user accounts.

Every account can add the following subscriptions:

User Mailbox

The default mailbox, the addressbook and access via the webclient is available in all accounts. The user has the possibilities to synchronize client devices, including mobile devices, via IMAP. 5 GB Storage Quota is included.

Groupware Features

provides the user with everything an organized person desires — Calendars, Address Books, Tasks, Files and Collaborative Editing. The Groupware data can be synchronized with client devices, including mobile devices, via CalDAV, CardDAV and WebDAV.

ActiveSync

..is a popular means to synchronize content with mobile devices. Users of the Microsoft Outlook 2013 and later client are recommended to use ActiveSync.

2-Factor Authentication

enables Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) on the access to the webclient. User accounts that has 2-Factor Authentication enabled in the subscription will only be able to use the webclient. All other clients will be blocked at the IMAP, POP, ActiveSync, CalDAV, CardDAV and WebDAV level.

Storage Quota

Can be set to anywhere between the default 5 GB and up to 100GB.

When subscriptions are added to the account, the price is changed accordingly.
